It's not really healthy to rely mainly on protein as an energy source. For one thing, low carb diets tend to be low in fiber too, and human bodies are designed to use carbohydrates and fats as energy, not protein. A diet with enough fat in it to make up for not having many carbohydrates is usually bad for the heart and blood pressure.
Not to mention, popular beauty standards tend to encourage woman to be underweight. It's actually just as unhealthy to be too thin as it is to be overweight.
I'd need to know your activity level, but I'm guessing it's high. I eat a lot of lean meats like fish, and mostly go for carbs at the start of the day or when I'm working late.
I do have a weakness for sweets, though. But a sugary snack between meals helps keep up mental energy.

I like snacking on fruit... Some sweets are just TOO sweet for me, you know?

I have a major sweet tooth, so I don't have that problem with most things, but I do know what you mean. I like pastries, myself.

I don't even know what kinds of pastries I like... maybe fruit tarts? Sometimes they add too much sugar, though.

Strawberry and lemon pastries might be good. They tend to have a bit of sourness to them that balances out the sweet.

Mmm, yes, now you're speaking my language.

I'm partial to strawberry toppings, myself. I do like a bit of tartness mixed in with my sweets.
