I've known from the moment I realized my choices were hurting innocent people that it was what I had to do. I just can't do it quite yet, since stopping the real cause of the crimes is intensely personal to me. And the way things are going, my confession wouldn't be enough to bring him down with me.
It's what I plan to do as soon as I get back home. He thinks he knows what I'm planning, so the fact that I've found out he's prepared for it gives me a distinct advantage.
